Day three of the week
Well this sucks. I have no umph so far. I did get into the gym on Sunday so I hit 5 days of good/ok cardio last week. But this week I’ve just gotten on some cardio without breaking a sweat. YIKES, what is up with that?
Today I’m at the gym for quite a few hours in the afternoon, so I will hit some cardio and light weights and then I will also hit cardio with my evening appointment. Probably do abs with her as well. I need to rewrite her program to kick her butt harder also.
Tomorrow is jean butt thursdays and that is a killer workout. I have to get lots of cardio in today because I’ll be too sore tomorrow night to get much. So cardio tomorrow morning as well in between appointments.
Eating is basically crap and I don’t know what I’m going to do about that. I had a latte this morning and then just a couple of fried eggs without any bread since I’d had the coffee. I will break out a good lunch, probably a salad with some grilled chicken and then I’ll pack a bar for evening snack. Next week is payday and I’m going to make hubby only buy good stuff. It’s time to get the family eating habits under control along with mine!
Headaches suckola
I don’t get them very often, so when I get one it makes me really cranky. I have one right now and it won’t go away. I’ve taken three tylenols and it’s still here. Luckily I did get my cardio done earlier. Even with my headache. Then I did some squats, but boy that made it come back more. I really wanted to work out my back, but that just sent it through the roof. So no weights today.
I’m wondering if it has to do with my eating habits. My calories are on a decent track but I got a later start than I’d like. I had 1/2 a protein bar within the hour I got up. Some sips of coffee and then switched to an energy drink instead. I’ve had a ton of water (yeah me!), but I didn’t get lunch until after 1:30.
Then I won’t get home to eat dinner until 8ish. See, not good again. I guess I’m going to have to start packing more food with me.
Oh and I hit a really good cardio yesterday too. So the exercise is on, now I just have to get the diet on track with it.

I’ve moved my fat gut all 6 days this week so far. I am planning to hit it on Sunday as well, but I can’t claim it until it’s actually done. Now 1 or 2 of those days wasn’t a hard cardio workout or even quite 20 min. But I did move. Then 2 days last week I did great cardio workouts two times during the day. So I think it’s all balanced out. Killer leg workout, hit light legs and abs again today. I need to work out the rest of my body some more next week, but for now I’m just happy I’m doing the cardio.
I plan on hitting some form of cardio 7 days a week for the next couple of weeks. I have to get the habit ingrained again and this is the only way.
Food has been ok still. Not super, but not horrible either. lol
Tuesday
Just a quick what up. I did a quick, hard 20 min. on the elliptical and that is about all I have to say about that. lol I did it, that is all and I’m glad I got that in. BLEH
Starting this week off…
on the wrong foot.
K, I walked for 10 min and then got 8 min. on the elliptical before my client got there. I did lube up all the
equipment, so that takes a little bit of extra energy. But all total, it was a no go for any working out that can be counted.
Eating, hmm, it was better. I had breakfast, I had a late lunch and I didn’t power down too much food. I had grilled chicken breast,
rice and veggies. All on a little plate so I wouldn’t over do it. I did have a serving of Krab salad with a couple of crackers while I was making
my lunch. I didn’t eat until almost 1:30 and I knew I’d stop on the way home from the grocery store if I didn’t get something to nibble
on quick. However, I forgot that I can’t stand the salad from Freddy’s so I had no option of overeating that. lol I left it for my daughter
to have for after school snack. Umm dinner, I stayed away from the burritos the kids had. I had the leftover pasta that was in the
fridge. It is made with sausage, but it has a ton of veggies in it, so it just sounded better. I stayed up too late (big surprise there)
and had a snack of course. The bad snack was the left over baked jo-jo potatoes. So not too bad for you. And then later on I had
a cheesestick and triscuits. I need to do a food journal with measurements and type it into www.mypyramidtracker.gov to see where my
daily calorie intake is. I know it’s too high, but I need a wake up call of just how much too high.
