Runners High!
I found it again! I haven’t had the runners high in months. cardio has just been something I have to do and I begrudged it totally. Sat. I worked out with my favorite client and it was time to kick her butt. I found it and we went for it. We hit 3 different cardio machines to get to her 500 calories burned and we jogged/recovered on the treadmill for 20 min. of it. It was awesome!
Especially since I got all revved up in the morning so I had the energy to come home and muddle through daily tasks and bug my family with cheeriness. lol
