Lack of Workouts
Wow, last week I worked out one day out of 7. Yikes, that is scary. Today is Tuesday and I haven’t gotten a workout in yet this week either. My weight was 176 yesterday, but that is pure luck if I don’t get my butt on cardio. Only 11 pounds left to go to that first goal. I don’t even have to hit it hard this week, I just have to hit it. That is my goal this week. To just get my cardio in, slow and sure. Burn those extra calories 5 more days this week.
That leaves no time for a slack off day. That is T-Sat. Friday is the only day I have to finagle the workout in. I’ll be in class all day, but my gym is 24 hour, so that is by far no excuse. lol I will have more time today and tomorrow, so I think I might do some extra because Thursday I will be sporadically hitting the cardio between weigh ins and probably not getting a full 20 min. at once.
I hit 100 calories this morning before an appointment so that’s a good start. I’m going back to work right now, so we’ll see what else I can burn.
