My IBS
Today I woke up completely done with my IBS. For those that don’t know, irritable bowel syndrome is this generic term for instestinal issues they can’t explain. lol They have no idea why it happens and no cure. In my research I have found a link to it with my endometriosis, but of course the GI doc didn’t tell me any of that. I found that info on my own.
Fatty foods, alcohol and caffeine are some known triggers. For me all dairy and whey products are also added to that list.
I’m tired of waking up in pain and only my eating habits can change that. So being done with the symptoms means a very strict diet. This will also aid in my weight loss goals.
I’m not sure if my condition is similar to yours, but I have bouts with irregular bowel movement. Sometimes when I eat or drink something unusual it happens. When it happens more often than not, it’s not the usual condition I think. This is why it’s only now that I’ve finally open up to eating unheard of dishes.
Luckily you have found your trigger foods, that is a big help feeling better.
Not quite the same. I have a lot of pain and bloating when I eat the wrong foods.
