Weight Loss Goal Success
So I was a little late in posting, but that was because I was also late in weighing in. But I’m very happy to post that I weighed in at 182.25 this morning. I’m working on more diet changes and hubby is as well. But portion changes have made a huge difference and thankfully we aren’t keeping snack foods I like around either. lol
On that note, I have a new goal for August and it’s 15 miles of cardio a week. No matter what the cardio it is, it just has to equal 15 miles. Sadly, I have not started this, but I will…I PROMISE myself.
