Last Minute Exercise
My bad, my fault, I’m stupid, stupid, stupid.
But now in my stupidity I get to play total catch up. OH JOY!
See I set this easy to hit goal of 15 miles of cardio for the week right. Since the month started on Sat, I set it for Sat-Sat. That’s only 5 days a week of working out for 3 miles. See, super easy. Well that is unless you wait to do a single step of it until Wed. Idiot. lol
So today I did 5.5 miles. I figured if I got a little bit ahead of the game then tomorrow if I did another 5.5 miles I’d feel better about only 4 miles needed on Friday. lol
Then I’ve already told hubby that I will work out on Sat. morning before we head out of town. There is no excuses when we head out. We’re supposed to get a hotel and if I just hit 2 miles in a hotel gym that would be awesome. But the weather over there should be awesome, so I’ll try to find somewhere to jog with hubby and we can figure out how far it is. I’m sure kids would love to sleep in while we are out.
Yes, I am a procrastinator. I fight it all the time. But this is something I can’t procrastinate on. It’s just way too much to do at once.
